ABOUT ME
My name is Merel Jongejan. After completing my studies, I focused on horizontal and self-managing organizational structures that put people at the center. At the same time, my interest in the innate ability of the body and mind to heal itself grew, leading me to start an accredited higher education program in acupuncture. After obtaining my diploma, I wasn’t fully satisfied. In my search for an effective method, I discovered the Balance Method. With great enthusiasm, I deepened my knowledge of this method during my internship at Heng Ren Tang. Naturally, this is the place where I now join as a practitioner.

A simple way to decide your next step.

Women’s health support

Support across life stages such as cycle-related concerns, pregnancy support, postpartum recovery, menopause, and stress-related patterns.

Pain & mobility

Support for pain patterns, tension, headaches, neck/shoulder discomfort, and recovery after strain—case-dependent and tailored.

Stress & sleep

Support for nervous system downshifting, sleep disruption, fatigue patterns, and overwhelm—alongside healthy routines.

QiGong & self-care

Some practitioners combine acupuncture with QiGong or self-care guidance to support balance and resilience.

If you’re unsure which practitioner fits best, contact us and we’ll guide you.

Standards & safety

We work with professional memberships such as ZHONG and NVA, reflecting education, standards, and continuing development.

We use sterile, single-use needles and maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.
